WYD   Registered Member #3 Joined: Thu Nov 26 2009, 10:41PMPosts: 51 | All players and users are to abide by these rules for a fun and enjoyable gameplay. - Do not use any form of cheats/hacks. : Aimbotting, Wall hacking, or any programs of such are not tolerated period. Anyone who is caught with such will be dealt with severely, members included. - Do not be racist. : Racial comments, whether in chatbox, voice or spray is not to be said or used. The FPS clan is made up of all colors and nationalities; this type of offense is very serious and will result in permanent ban and Probation status for members. - Do not make sexual or other generally annoying/soliciting comments. : Religious and Political comments are not to be said. - Offensive names : Anyone with an offensive name (racial, religious etc.) will be asked to change it. If not, you will be kicked/banned. - No Cussing. - Be respectful to everybody. : It does not matter if you are a member, admin or a player with 5 minutes of playing experience. Respect others and they will respect you. - No exploiting : Pure and simple. - Disruptive play : Blocking, Spamming, Spawn camping, etc. is all prohibited. - FPS clan member impersonation : If you are caught by any member of the clan with the FPS tag on, you will be punished depending on the case. - Crashing servers : Crashing a server is NOT FUNNY. Any evidence of server crash WILL result in a permanent ban. - Do not call people noobs. :We all have to start somewhere. - New players are welcome on our servers. - Do not speak any other language than English. : Because our servers are US based and English speaking, we kindly require all players to chat, voice, message in English. . - Do not recruit for your clan, or ask to be recruited. : This is just plain disrespect to the people who own the server. If there is any recruitment other than by FPS, you will be punished. (Both recruiter and recruited) - Do not use pornographic sprays. : There are MANY young players in the server. - Do not advertise server IP's, websites, radio services, etc. : Go advertise on your own server. Our server, our rules. - Do not whine, disrespect, and/or annoy admins with constant questioning. : Admins are there for more fun gaming in the servers, and to keep the server in line. Try not to piss off an admin and get yourself banned. - Do not argue with an admin. Whatever they say goes. - Do not complain in general. : Our server's mods are works of numerous people giving their own time for fun and unique experience to anyone that visit our servers. Any complaint about the mods will be dealt with. If you do not like the mods, leave. - Clan rank authority : If you have get different answers from different members of our clan, higher rank is what you should follow. For example, an admin can outrank members, and Senior admins can outrank admins. The Commanding Officer WILL outrank the entire clan. - Only clan members have a say in major forum topics. : Some forum topics are reserved for members only. Non-clan members can post comments/thoughts, but those posts will be disregarded in decision making. - Any actions illegal under USA law. - Any other infractions will be dealt with as our admins see fit. These are the steps for Admin actions. 1. 2-3 Warnings (verbal and/or admin_say) 2. Slap/freeze/blind (depending on the infraction, this step might be skipped.) 3. Slay 4. Kick 5. 5 min - 2 hour ban 6. Permanent ban (For very serious actions). This is usually kept to a minimum use. [ Edited Sat Dec 26 2009, 11:54AM ]   | ||
